Clause on S&P that must be checked

yea, I know most of u dont read every single clause on the S&P (who will?);
there r some clause tat u must CHECK:
1. Address of the property
2. Vendor is entitle to sell the property to u
3. Any rental agreement on the property...
4. Who shall bear which expense
5. Handover date

有几项你一定要搞清楚哦：
1。地址
2。屋主是否真的有资格卖屋
3。有没有租约套牢
4。谁负责什么费用
5。交屋日期
