If the seller is a 2nd/3rd hand owner, then he hav to giv u:

a) 1st S&P: by 1st owner with developer;
b) 2nd S&P: between 1st owner & 2nd owner, (if 2nd hand); &
c) 3rd S&P: between 2nd owner & 3rd owner, (if 3rd hand).

to proof the seller is the owner of the hse.
