You can find out the latest Base Lending Rate 基本放款利率 (BLR) at http://www.blr.my/.
BLR is the rate announced by the Bank Negara. Then all the banks will follow use this as their interest for the Home Loan. Of course, due to the competition among the banks, they will also give 'discount' from this rate, in order to get biz. So, always ask for 'discount'!

□ 这个利率是由国家银行设定的。然后所有的银行都依照这个利率在他们的房屋贷款上。当然啦，银行之间的竞争，导致大部分的银行会在这个利率上‘打折’，来获取贷款人。所以，记得要求‘打折’！
