Vendor & Purchaser SHARE the same lawyer

Very common that the same lawyer is acting for both the Vendor & Purchaser. Really can save some money & time. BUT IF PROBLEM ARISES, that lawyer can only represent one party: the Purchaser, because they are paying more ;p You may notice that the lawyer's file is opened under the Purchaser's name.
